Silvia Connell, PA-C

Silvia Connell, PA-C, is an orthopedic physician assistant specializing in hip and knee joints. She believes that providing care and guidance to patients in pain is the greatest privilege, and loves being able to restore their quality of life through effective treatment. Silvia treats arthritis in the hip and knee, administers injections and provides support for hip and knee replacements.

Silvia attended Western Illinois University where she majored in Kinesiology with a minor in Military Science. She earned her Master of Public Health and Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She went on to earn a doctorate in Medical Science at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Silvia trained as a combat medic for the Illinois National Guard and also received a commission as an officer in the Army Reserves Medical Service Corps. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.

In her free time, Silvia enjoys staying active with her husband and three kids, hiking, camping, running, skiing and horseback riding. She also volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and the Westernaires.
