Tyler Little, PA-C

Tyler Little, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedics. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and competed on the Men’s Ice Hockey team. During his time as an NCAA student-athlete, he received the NCAA Student-Athlete Academic Achievement Award for his dedication both on the ice and in the classroom.

Tyler went on to complete his graduate training at Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee, where he earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017. Since then, he has developed a strong foundation in orthopedics, with a focus on providing compassionate, thorough, and patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys staying active through ice hockey, biking, and skiing, and he loves spending time playing with his kids. He is committed to helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most and strives to make every visit a positive, educational experience.
